This Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement (the "Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between the individual or entity accessing the services ("User," "you," or "your") and Slavic Romance ("Operator," "we," "our," or "us") concerning the use of slavicromance.com (the "Platform") and any associated products, credits, subscriptions, and interactive functionalities (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing, registering for, or otherwise using the Services, you affirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement and our incorporated Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not accept all terms, you must not access or use the Services.
1. Definitions
- Digital Communication Credits: Prepaid, non-refundable units enabling access to specified interactive functions.
- Entertainment Interaction: Any communication, whether human, AI-generated, or operator-assisted, provided for entertainment purposes.
- Immediate Activation: Instant provisioning of Services upon successful payment authorization.
- Non-Tangible Digital Service: A service without physical form, irrevocably delivered once initiated.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
- You may not use the Services if prohibited under applicable laws or regulations.
3. Nature of Services
- The Platform facilitates online communications of a romantic, personal, or entertainment nature.
- Some profiles, content, or interactions may be fictional, AI-generated, or operated by paid personnel.
- No guarantee is made of any offline meeting, romantic outcome, or relationship formation.
4. Account Registration & Security
- Accurate and current information must be provided during registration.
- You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
- Unauthorized use of your account is your responsibility unless proven otherwise.
5. Payment Terms & Billing
- Payments are processed via our authorized third-party payment processor; the terms and consumer policies of such processor are incorporated herein by reference.
- All prices and terms are disclosed prior to checkout; billing descriptors are shown before payment.
- Immediate Activation: Service delivery is completed instantly upon payment authorization.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All purchases are strictly non-refundable due to immediate activation of non-tangible digital services.
- You expressly waive any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal rights once service performance begins.
- Refunds are granted only when required by applicable law or our authorized third-party payment processor’s policies.
- Recurring billing cancellations can be made via your account or the payment processor’s consumer support service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by or licensed to the Operator. No reproduction, distribution, or derivative use is permitted without prior written consent.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- No unlawful, abusive, or harassing behavior.
- No reverse-engineering or unauthorized distribution of Platform content.
- No sharing of personal contact details or off-platform solicitation.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
- We disclaim responsibility for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Maximum liability is capped at the total amount paid in the 12 months prior to a claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Services or breach of this Agreement.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of UAE.
- Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration under UAE, unless prohibited by law.
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time by posting an updated version on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
