Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use governing the contractual relationship between Slavic Romance (“Operator,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and any person or entity (“User,” “you,” or “your”) utilizing the interactive functionalities, virtual communication services, and digital content available via slavicromance.com (the “Platform”).

1. Non-Refundable Consideration

• All fees, charges, and monetary consideration remitted for the acquisition of Digital Communication Credits, subscription access, or any other intangible service component are categorically non-refundable upon payment authorization.
• By consummating a transaction, you irrevocably acknowledge and consent to the Immediate Activation of the contracted digital service, thereby rendering the withdrawal, rescission, or revocation of such service impossible in both practical and legal terms.

2. Waiver of Statutory Withdrawal Rights

• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby expressly waive any and all statutory or regulatory cooling-off periods, right of withdrawal, or cancellation rights customarily afforded to consumers of digital content, including but not limited to those under Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and Council and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
• Such waiver becomes effective immediately upon the initiation of service performance.

3. Exceptions Mandated by Law

• Refunds will be granted solely where explicitly mandated by the governing law applicable to the transaction or as compelled by the policies of our authorized third-party payment processor.
• All such requests must be substantiated with legally sufficient documentation.

4. Recurring Billing Cancellations

• Where recurring billing arrangements are in effect, cancellation may be executed at any time via your account management interface or by direct contact with our authorized third-party payment processor’s consumer support service.
• Cancellations shall take effect at the conclusion of the then-current billing cycle; no pro-rata refunds shall be issued for unused portions of service periods.

5. Acknowledgment

By engaging in any transaction on the Platform, you affirmatively represent that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Policy and the incorporated Terms and Conditions of Use.
